On the sidelines of the World Bank Spring Meetings in Washington, the Minister of Economy, Planning and International Cooperation, Prof. Richard Filakota, met with Ethiopis Tafara, Vice President of the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

The Central African Republic’s economic diplomacy is entering a new phase: at the Spring Meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund in Washington, Minister of Economy Prof. Richard Filakota is continuing his efforts to secure financing for the National Development Plan.
